Adriano Zumbo is one of the most celebrated pâtissiers in Australia. His most famous dish is a cake, the croquembouche tower, which led him to fame after it was featured in MasterChef Australia.


Zumbo’s delicate creations and his sweet talk will be on display during the festival. He will travel throughout Brazil in the company of Brazilian chef Vinícius Capovilla, tasting local ingredients, making partnerships with Brazilian chefs, teaching his advanced techniques and putting a sweet smile on everyone’s lips.
